Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer facing role (either customer success, technical account management, sales etc.)
  • Proven track record of generating renewals and retaining customers
  • Must have worked for a Cybersecurity vendor
  • Need to have a commercial orientated background
  • Start-up DNA and drive to help a rapidly growing business achieve its growth

Responsibilities

  • An important role is the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage all account activities for a portfolio of clients
  • Also ensure customer satisfaction that will be measured in part by account renewal and expansion
  • In return, you will be granted a lucrative compensation scheme and be a critical member of a business with a hugely important mission
