As a UX Designer on the User Experience team, a typical day for you will include:

Work within a cross-functional team in an Agile environment to produce deliverables such as experience guidelines document, wireframes, UX flows, visual comp screens and prototypes.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research at all stages from discovery to validation, using a variety of methods to understand our customers and their relationship to our products
Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful and actionable findings.
Establish design and interactive conventions, design user experiences, assist in gathering user requirements, participate in trade-off discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
Design and facilitate prototype testing sessions in collaboration with the UX Lead and Optimization Manager; A/B or multivariate testing of design components and flows, information architecture validation e.g. card sorting.

Bring Your Skills And Be Inspired To Achieve Success.

Experience:

3+ years of user experience design for software, web or mobile applications.
3+ years wireframing/prototyping experience with tools such as Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision.
Multi-brand, multi-unit experience a plus.
Franchise experience a plus.

Skills:

Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of user experience best practices.
Experience implementing and executing Agile principles within digital-focused product teams and knowledge of typical development practices.
Experience in effectively presenting design concepts to colleagues, partners, stakeholders and executives.
Ability to interpret data exposed through analytics and optimization/testing solutions.

Education:

Undergraduate degree in design/user experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of training and experience in a design/creative discipline.

Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid model aka 2-3 days in office & the others from home.
