Job Title:Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Team:

iink—a digital payments network that helps restoration professionals get paid more efficiently after an insured property loss—is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team.

As a Senior Engineer, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work collaboratively to develop software that solves immediate customer problems. You'll have meaningful input to help shape architecture, product, user experience, and the software development process at iink.

About the Role:

In this role, you will:

Take responsibility for features or customer problems from start to finish
Work collaboratively with other engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams where needed
Develop APIs and UIs that are robust and easy for others to understand
Write unit tests and integration tests
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
Participate in peer code reviews
Take an active role in helping continually refine our development process and standards

About You:

You recognize unknowns, have a good sense for when to dig deeper and when to ship it
You use frameworks and libraries, but like to look under the hood first
You are highly security conscious, have familiarity with OWASP top 10 and best practices
You enjoy thinking about how effective process can enable, rather than hinder, sustained velocity

Potential pay range:$150,000 - $170,000
