Experienced Hire Recruiting responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite ATS, social media tactics, targeted universities, and other platforms and tactics to build a strong talent pipeline for open positions in all 9 US office locations
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process
Facilitate the full cycle recruiting process by writing & posting job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone interviews, scheduling office interviews, and requesting feedback from the hiring team
Request offer letters from HR Manager, if needed, and follow up on the status of pending offers
Maintain a steady focus on the local marketplace and share recruiting expertise and hiring trends internally
Monitor the Firm ATS (Jobvite) and conduct periodic quality checks of recruiting systems to ensure data integrity and best practices

Campus Recruiting responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Build relationships with students and promote the Firm to attract top talent
Manage and implement campus recruiting strategy at universities nationally, which includes all elements for campus marketing activities (employer and information sessions; building partnerships with student organizations, professors, diversity organizations, and career services; and recruiting activities to include career fairs, social events, etc.)
Work with fellow members of the PEP Team to plan and execute the Summer Leadership Program each year for students the Firm would like to consider for future internships
The position requires up to 10-15% travel nationally during peak campus recruiting periods (late August-early October and January-February).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or another related field required
Minimum of 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably for a professional services firm or with a staffing firm
Ability to collaborate, influence, and impact change by leading individuals within the Firm
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Ability to work outside of the core business hours, when necessary, generally seasonal in nature
Extensive experience with Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter
Passion for creating a fulfilling environment once candidates have joined the Firm through various Employee Engagement Programs, such as the internship program, coaching and management training, Firm retreat, and onboarding activities
