The Recruiting Specialist Will Be Responsible For

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for providing top-notch service to Litili expert witnesses (ie physicians, surgeons, neurologists, etc) while achieving monthly Expert recruiting goals and building strong relationships within an assigned territory and/or list of named companies.

Achieving recruiting goals
Set goals, strategy, and execution action plan to achieve goals consistently year over year
Sell Litili’s Value Proposition to build, maintain and progress a strong Expert pipeline and to obtain recruitment goals
Developing ongoing Experts relationships
Identifying, calling, and on-boarding potential new Experts
Delivering value propositions that meet the Experts’ need
Maintaining accurate and Expert data, sales activity, and forecasts in the CRM
Representing Litili internally and externally

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred
5+ years of successful experience in healthcare recruiting (ie physicians, surgeons, neurologists, etc)
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly goals
Confidence in talking with doctors
High level of curiosity
Must possess networking, relationship-building, and excellent customer service skills
Computer skills required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System (Zoho ideally), Slack, Microsoft Suite, Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
