About the Role

Ariat is seeking a versatile contract Recruiter to present the company as an "employer of choice" to top talent. The contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and team dynamics to help attract A+ team members to our growing business.

The contract Recruiter will primarily support posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, onboarding, and dispositioning for warehouse/distribution center operations roles and will also assist with additional requisitions for other departments including but not limited to, retail/retail operations, finance, marketing, IT, product design/development, and more.

You’ll Make a Difference By

Facilitating intake calls with hiring managers to capture requirements for open requisitions and developing recruiting plans for each position.
Guiding hiring managers through the recruiting process, training on recruiting resources, and assisting with job descriptions as needed
Engaging in full-cycle recruiting of applicants for open positions (sourcing/screening), coordinate interviewing process, maintaining relationships with active candidates, moving all selected candidates through the interview process, extending and negotiating offers, onboarding new hires, dispositioning candidates, and closing filled positions.
Maintaining regular, clear, and timely communication with hiring managers, candidates, HR team members and cross-functional partners
Assisting with posting and editing jobs across job boards including Ariat’s careers webpage/ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Facilitating internal transfers and promotions
Capturing detailed screening notes and tracking recruiting activities as well as updating recruiting reports.

About You

4+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in retail/wholesale, apparel/footwear, or consumer goods industry
Trusted partner for hiring managers and experience facilitating intake sessions
Experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates through an ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Super scheduler of phone/video/on-site interviews (experience utilizing a scheduling platform a plus)
Efficient screener/interviewer who can onboard candidates quickly and accurately
Experience using an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus)
Experience updating recruiting activity reports
Ability to work collaboratively to maintain relationships with recruiting partners and agencies
Effective offer negotiations skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team through cross-functional collaboration
Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to convey Ariat’s culture with passion and enthusiasm to potential new team members
Working knowledge of employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills for organizing and completing multiple projects in a timely manner
Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

The hourly rate for this position is $40 per hour.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
