We are seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager to join our Tableau Sales Enablement organization to serve as a trusted, partner in creating eLearning or instructor-led training for the Tableau Sales team. In this role, the Learning Experience Design Manager will collaborate on enablement initiatives to ensure we are designing impactful learning experiences that result in the achievement of desired business outcomes. Your Impact

Your role will be to participate in several projects and programs as a Learning Experience Designer responsible for helping design and automate role-based learning journeys (in-person and e-learning) and bringing your expertise to a team of passionate enablers and sales professionals, working with them to build comprehensive learning solutions to up-skill sales teams globally.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals.
Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
Design and develop learning solutions, including technical documentation, job aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
Design and develop skills-based learning programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the overall learning strategy and business objectives.
Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.

Minimum Requirements

5-7 years of proven learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar methodology
Portfolio of e-learning and live instructor-led course development
Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically sound learning experiences
Experience translating complex concepts into an easy-to-understand and digestible format
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

5-7 years of professional experience in a sales enablement organization
Articulate Suite (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or other authoring tool expertise
Masters degree in Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Education, or equivalent relevant experience required.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $165,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
