CloudRetail helps restaurateurs, food entrepreneurs and operators to get pre-packaged products delivered direct-to-consumers in less than 30 minutes. We create a virtual storefront for our customers, enabling them to expand their reach to the millions of customers who are ordering online. Products are delivered and stored in our on-demand facility hubs across the country, and then we handle the logistics. We help our customers’ products fly off the shelves whether it's ice cream or popsicles, cakes, cookies, candy or snacks.

What You’ll Do:

P&L Ownership: Owning the P&L for the program and ensuring both revenue and cost goals are achieved.
Merchandising/Catalog Management: Determining ideal assortment of catalog and managing inventory of listed SKUs. This includes reviewing categories on a regular basis, adding new SKUs/Suppliers, and placing POs to ensure availability of items.
Supplier Management: Owning supplier relationships directly. This includes ensuring that payments are made on time, that suppliers are satisfied with the program, and that inventory needs are being met.
Admin: Overseeing all administrative aspects of the program, including: Accounting, Billing, Legal (Contracts), Business Operations.
Sales Enablement: Providing the sales team with resources and tools to succeed, including marketing resources, brochures, software tools (CRMs, lead gen., etc).
Facility Operations: Working directly with the FacOps team to ensure seamless operational execution of warehousing, order fulfillment, and delivery.
Growth: Scaling the program across different markets and working with various stakeholders (e.g. FacOps, Engineering, Accounting) to do so.
S&OP: Lead the Demand & Supply planning functions for the B2B program ensuring alignment with operations team for capacity, logistics, and labor planning

What We’re Looking For

Operational Expertise: ability to design, implement, and scale business processes, as well as ability to recognize inefficiencies and impediments to growth
Project Management: Ability to take things from conception to completion, strong attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple different moving pieces at once.
Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and manage multiple different stakeholders, both internal and external.
Analytical Abilities: ability to work with and analyze data to uncover trends, understand health of the business, and guide decisions.

This role is based in our LA office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
