**Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment:**
Source, interview, and evaluate potential travel agent candidates.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified travel agent candidates for current and future needs.
**Talent Attraction:**
Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travel agents.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionals to tap into referral networks.
**Candidate Assessment:**
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and values.
**Onboarding:**
Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their roles.
**Benefits Communication:**
