We’re looking for an enthusiastic multi-disciplinary designer with a strong desire to

work to drive sales for a major Ad Tech company on the cutting edge of digital video

advertising.

The designer role will be responsible for creative ownership of Nexxen’s

sales collateral, designing customer touchpoints like presentations, web and video

that help us to own our space in the digital advertising industry.

The designer will be part of a small, experienced, close-knit team that punches

above its weight and supports a fast-growing company in the aforementioned areas

and beyond. One day you might be working on an update to the all-company town

hall Powerpoint with the CEO, hopping into a meeting to discuss edits to a one-

sheet, or distilling an audience targeting strategy into a digestible visual for a

product release video. This is a great opportunity for a designer that wants to work

What you’ll be doing:

Working a lean, smart, creative, and cross-functional group that supports design initiatives across Nexxen.
Creating presentations in powerpoint and communicating with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization on these projects. You should be
comfortable talking and presenting ideas to junior team members and C-suite alike.
Taking abstract concepts and turning them into simple, digestible visuals (infographics, graphs, data viz, process charts, .etc)
Supporting our sales team with one-sheets that condense products and product suites into visually pleasing materials that are easy for our clients to understand and for our sales team to share
Evangelizing and implementing UI/UX best practices
Pivoting between tasks based on articulated priorities
Owning and consistently optimizing our marketing collateral within brand guidelines

Who you are:

A multi-disciplinary designer with demonstrated interest and proficiency in web, print, and digital with a portfolio that shows it. Video experience (storyboarding, animation, editing, etc.) is a plus.
You are someone with a strong interest in evolving design trends, who can translate them into an existing brand style with an eye for consistency, and is comfortable explaining your rationale to non-designers
You maintain a positive, proactive, ego-minimal outlook when receiving feedback/criticism, moving projects forward through collaboration, stakeholder buy-in, and stellar communication
Someone with a strong interest in UI/UX best practices and experience implementing them in an established branding structure
You have a strong interest and demonstrated ability creating brand and design guidelinesYou must be a Powerpoint expert with fluency in other Office suite products such as MS Word; and ability to integrate excel charts in PPT.
You have experience and expertise in Adobe Suite software like Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, with AfterEffects, and PremierePro being nice-to-have.
You have an interest in telling data-centric stories through creative
infographics and visual designs
You have strong attention to detail that extends beyond design to copy,
workflow, scheduling and scope.
You notice the opportunities within challenges and proactively pitch solutions
to roadblocks

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is$75,000 - $90,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
