POSITION

We are seeking a Sales Data Platform Enablement Analyst to join our Sales Data Platform Team. Our team sits within the Enablement and Data Management Team in the Global Distribution COO org. In partnership with ET, the team owns the product management of the Salesforce CRM as well as the sales data platforms utilized by Distribution. The team is also responsible for sales data stewardship and transformation, which supports our Business Intelligence efforts. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, agile and ready to roll up their sleeves. In addition to in-depth subject matter expertise, you’ll need to continually keep pace with the changing technology landscape.

This role is responsible for sales data transformation and stewardship and CRM support and projects. You will partner closely with our vendors, sales teams, technology and operations to ensure our systems contain accurate information. You will also manage our credit assignment rule process to support appropriate sales accreditation and incentive programs, ensuring the timely flow of data occurs, as well as researching and resolving trade issues. In addition, this role will help support Salesforce projects and user requests by managing data integrity, training new users and partnering with Technology to make enhancements to our CRM.

Responsibilities

Identify and define business requirements and project manage execution by our partners (vendors or technology)
Combine superior analytic and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and relationship management to discover and present key findings associated with complex analysis in a way that influences decision making
Understand the data and the lineage to source systems by deeply understanding our internal and external clients and industry
Manage relationships with external data vendors
Handle the credit assignment process for the sales team incentive programs, including research of trades
Own the sales territory setup and maintenance for the Global Distribution Team
Provide training and assistance as a subject matter expert on sales data feeds and Salesforce
Support ad-hoc user and report requests related to Salesforce
Run with urgent projects that pop up for the Sales Data Platform Team

Required Qualifications

Experience in the financial services industry
Proficient/advanced skills, Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly
Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve problems
Comfortable handling large sets of data and finding a common connection to achieve the best solution, when there isn’t a perfect one
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sales data platforms
Asset management experience with clear understanding of sales data terminology, data vendors and use cases
