TheManager, Learningis responsible for streamlining and digitizing training coordination systems and processes, managing the on going use of the Absorb LMS and educate learners to ensure high levels of adoption, and collaborating cross functionally to identify and assess training and development needs for the organization, with a focus on sales enablement, curriculum design, and on-boarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned:

Training Coordination
Create a digitized process that includes the following:
Training request system and protocol
Request scoping (provider, type - virtual/classroom, location, attendees, etc.)
Training credit tracking
Logistics (instructor needs, room set-up, etc.)
Certification/course completion documentation
Attendee follow-up (as necessary)
Manage relationships with providers, instructors, QTS leaders, and attendees
Provide training support to attendees to ensure a positive experience
Design and curate impactful learning experiences, resources, and tools
Deliver train the trainer sessions to subject matter experts
Measure and report effectiveness of learning
Use metrics and feedback to improve offerings and program
Maintain the LMS roster by adding new hires and deleting terms
Create learning aids to help reinforce often-requested support items (i.e., finding a course, enrolling in a course, running reports, etc.)
Leadership and Sales Enablement
Identify skills gaps through individual coaching, assessments, and consulting
Develop processes, tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to improve effectiveness and efficiency of sales and leadership team
Participate in quarterly QTS Journey orientation sessions to teach new hires the QTS business and our culture
Travel Requirements 25 - 50%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Five or more years of training delivery, training coordination and/or talent development experience
Curriculum design and development experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

DDI Facilitation Certification
Experience managing an LMS
Sales development experience
On-boarding experience

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Positive, upbeat attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner
