STARK is looking for a passionate, innovative, and hungry VP of Growth to support the Marketing organization and lead digital sales growth of STARK’s family of brands. Our ideal candidate mixes a growth hacking mentality with analytical and creative thinking, and is obsessed with developing strategies for efficient client acquisition and retention.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader who has experience managing online and offline paid media campaigns, non-paid activations, CRM, loyalty programs, and website optimization, and can be charged with leading a best-in-class digital marketing team.

What You’ll Do:

Own our growth marketing strategy and inform our client-facing experience across acquisition and retention
Own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs, including new client acquisition, CAC, retention, LTV
Design and implement optimization tests across our end-to-end client funnel (from acquisition through lifecycle retention)
Develop and drive lifecycle retention programs, including transactional messaging, trigger programs and large-scale campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative) to develop advertising assets, landing pages, emails, and reporting needed to manage programs
Own management and results of ad channels, including budgeting, reporting, and efficiency optimization
Drive tactical and technological roadmap to increase omnichannel visitors, conversion rate, and AOV.
Collaborate with functional partners to forecast and plan company revenue growth
Hire, manage, and develop a team of driven, highly engaged individuals to manage marketing channels, drive customer success, and deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

Must be based in the NYC area and able to work on-site 3 or more days per week
10+ years of experience in both B2C and B2B marketing/ecommerce roles, with a deep focus on performance-based growth marketing
Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action
Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
Proven ability to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute rapid test and learn strategies
Deep expertise of ad/web/email reporting and analytics platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, etc
Strong track record of effective collaboration with creative/brand marketing and product management teams
Experience building, leading, and managing a team of direct reports
Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
