The Revenue Operations team are experts at removing barriers, enabling growth, and ensuring our revenue organization has the right framework to move at the speed of progress.

This candidate will partner with the leaders of Chainalysis Government Solutions’ revenue organization to define and develop a strategy to achieve business goals, while establishing a structured and disciplined management framework. Our ideal candidate will have strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change. As a quick learner who excels at building relationships, they’ll drive alignment across the CGS team while acting as a liaison to Chainalysis, Inc. revenue leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as the strategic thought partner to CGS sales leadership defining the business strategy and key performance metrics
Aligning to global operations, establish and manage the operating plan including sales pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, budgeting, resource planning and fiscal year planning
Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across CGS
Strategize with your sales leaders to execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
Coach your sales partners at all levels on standard go-to-market approaches, discount methodologies, sales and corporate policies
Increase adoption of system and process enhancements by working with other revenue and operations teams to message and coach at all levels
Support initiatives across Revenue Operations and be an active participant on the team

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales, strategy, and operations experience within a SaaS company
Deep understanding of the public sector sales cycle
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and related third party applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
Demonstrated ability to effectively use active listening skills to understand other’s needs
Focus on doing what’s right for the business
Track record of driving goals to completion
High sense of accountability and shares success with others
Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent/equivalent work experience
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance required
