About Us:

Committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive strategies to nurture and engage our customer base throughout their journey with Pinemelon.com.

Location:Denver, Colorado (Position may require occasional travel)

Scheduling:

This role reports in person, 5 days a week to our Denver office
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional calls with our international team outside of working hours

Job Overview:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will create and execute campaigns that span the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to post-purchase engagement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Tailor strategies for various customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics. Create strategies for email, push, SMS, and in-app marketing campaigns across customer lifecycle.
Customer Onboarding: Design and optimize onboarding campaigns to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from the initial interaction through the first purchase. Implement personalized onboarding journeys to educate customers about our products/services.
Retention Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns aimed at retaining and re-engaging existing customers. Utilize various channels such as email, in-app messaging, and social media to nurture ongoing customer relationships.
Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Collaborate with merchandising team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop targeted campaigns to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.
Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize customer data and insights to create targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. Implement segmentation strategies to ensure relevant and timely communication with different customer segments. Employ A/B testing and identify opportunities to drive marketing results
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle marketing. Provide regular reports and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Develop and analyze (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools) to effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Collaboration: Work closely with product, merchandising, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives. Foster collaboration to enhance the overall customer experience. Implement promotions that consider cross-functional implications around operational support, budgeting, marketing segmentation, campaign direction, and post-promotion analysis
Drive volume and profitability: Ensure customers receive the right communication at the right point in their user journey in lifecycle communications

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
Demonstrated ability to implement loyalty, CRM, and automation marketing programs and processes
Prior working experience with CRM tools related to campaign management, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.

Preferred education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in lifecycle marketing, with a focus on customer retention and engagement.
Experience in ecommerce, retail, and/or media is a preferred

Physical Requirements:

•Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.

•Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
