About the Role

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in Sales Compensation. A strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This role will be tasked with managing and improving the sales compensation programs at Uber Freight in addition to working with the Total Rewards team to manage a best in class compensation program for the company. This requires working closely with our sales leaders, sales operations, and finance partners to ensure the programs incentivize behaviors aligned with business priorities.

What The Candidate Will Do

Responsible for collaborating with the VP of Total Rewards, key business, and HR stakeholders to develop and manage the sales compensation philosophy and programs at Uber Freight
Support and manage compensation programs for the sales teams
Work with Sales Operations on day-to-day sales compensation and commissions administration process including global monthly commission payout, monthly adjustments, and management of cases/inquiries submitted by business partners
Helps design, budget, and administer the annual review process and company bonus programs
Ensures the company’s sales compensation program is aligned with our business strategy and is compliant and equitable across all diversity lenses
Maintains company pay ranges and periodic benchmarking process
Educates managers and recruiters on best approaches to attract, engage and retain talent from a variety of backgrounds and industries
Effectively partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Payroll, and managers across the organization

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of Compensation with a focus on Sales Compensation

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics or other Business or Analytics related field
5+ years of Sales Compensation EXPERIENCE with exposure to broad based and executive compensation.
Expert level in Excel (proficient in building models and tools)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive initiatives and projects with management
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, able to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and action
