Allied Stoneis the leading importer, fabricator and installer of high-end, luxury stone countertops and cabinets in Texas and Oklahoma. We take pride in crafting our exceptional designs from only the highest quality stones and cabinets.

Our Stone and Cabinet division is currently seeking anAccount Managerto act as a point of contact for existing accounts. Primarily tasked with overseeing an existing portfolio of customer accounts, they proactively check in with customers and utilize critical thinking skills to ensure all client needs and concerns are addressed in an efficient manner. They will also work to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to identify and acquire future business opportunities in an effort to augment our existing business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Develop, build, and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably with countertops and/or cabinetry
Demonstrated ability to multitask between competing priorities, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
