Pay Range: $69,715 - $85,447

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

We are excited to announce our first open position for our new store in Cedar Park, Texas. This senior recruiter will work remote until our store opens in 2026 and will then have the flexibility to work from home a couple days a week.This position will be our first Human Resources ambassador in Cedar Park so will need to live in the local Austin area.

NFM is a fast-paced, team environment where you will play a critical role in our success by working with business leaders to anticipate and meet the evolving hiring needs and deliver the organization’s best available talent. As a Senior Recruiter you will nurture relationships with prospective talent and develop ongoing relationships. You will focus on full-cycle recruitment processes for our technology, marketing and merchandising teams along with a variety of positions across NFM to include leadership positions. As a Senior Recruiter you will be a key member of the TA team creating a World Class organization. This position has a quarterly compensation incentive.

Be a Builder: Build relationships inside and outside of NFM to ensure NFM has a deep talent bench and a pipeline
Collaborate: Work with NFM hiring managers to understand their work and talent needs
Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression inside and outside of NFM
Set the Stage: Cultivate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Play your Part : Develop position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates. Partner with technology business leaders to drive technology hiring strategies and decision making

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Business, related field or equivalent experience preferred
4+ years of experience working as full-cycle recruiter required
2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Previous Applicant Tracking System experience required, Ceridian/Dayforce a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communications skills to include influencing others and relationship management
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with peers and all levels of leadership
Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
