We are Generative AI team under Monetization Technology. Our team focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. Online Assessment
Candidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

Responsibilities:
- To build large scale systems for machine learning integrating with GPU, RDMA network and storage system for LLM/AIGC/CV/NLP scenarios
- To develop and maintain the machine learning platform and services, including offline training, online inference, model management, and resource orchestration, etc.
- To manage a huge number of GPU resources and provide computing power efficiently

Qualifications

- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, C/C++, Golang;
- Strong software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style
- Good communication, self-motivation, engineering practice, documentation, etc.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112065 - $164160 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
