Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and a proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns in the life sciences space.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Utilize a mix of channels, including social media (including LinkedIN), email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other relevant platforms. Demand Generation:
Create and execute demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Collaborate with sales teams and technical leaders at Rancho to understand target audience and refine campaigns accordingly. Content Creation:
Develop compelling and engaging content for various digital channels to attract and nurture leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant and valuable content. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Marketing Automation:
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows to enhance the customer journey. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, leaders of services teams, and emerging product management, groups to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Life sciences background\/experience is preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing and demand generation in life sciences.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, e.g. LinkedIN, Salesforce
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
