As an Account Executive for our GoTu Grow business unit, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and contributing to our company's growth. If you thrive in a hybrid work environment and are passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets.
Source and close new business to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Own the entire sales process from start to finish
Outbound prospecting via phone/email/social
Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Gotu Grow product line and it’s place in the industry to help potential customers evaluate our offerings

Qualifications

2+ years' quota carrying sales experience.
Experience hunting net-new business and exceeding sales quota
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Successful record of closing sales
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications and Salesforce.
Ability to develop trust and rapport that results in positive, long-lasting relationships quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of integrity and a willingness to have open, honest and professional conversations.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by supervisor or business.

Physical Requirements:

Travel requirement – none
Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for remote work)
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment
Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer utilizing a phone with headset
Operate a keyboard for system access and email communication
Position primarily communicates verbally with clients through phone and call center software.
