A day in the life of the Solutions Sales Director may include:

Engaging prospects in discovery meetings with the Global Sales Directors to uncover the client needs and design a customer success path with all stakeholders.
Collaborating on presentation strategies for prospective and existing customers. Serving as a presentation resource for all aspects of the customer success path including, but not limited to, technology and operations service configuration.
Conducting presentations, for prospective and existing customers, that include technology such as online booking tools, reporting suite, and recommended service configuration.
Organizing all pre & post presentation meetings with the presentation team.
Completing internal turnover documentation to ensure a successful transition. Participating in implementation meetings as appropriate.
Keeping abreast of technical and non-technical services offered by Fox World Travel.
Maintaining awareness and proficiency on client facing technology.
Assisting and coordinating special events including educational seminars, industry conferences, and marketing promotions.
Managing existing customer competitive requests for proposal in compliance with Fox World Travel guidelines; leading sales processes in collaboration with the account’s Client Solutions Manager.
Working with the sales and customer teams during prospect/client bid and re-bid processes by providing guidance on preferred services, systems, and operational configurations, based on the client needs.
Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect. Driving standards and best practices whenever possible and effectively fostering a culture of engagement.
Enhancing the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Being innovative and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to promote continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
Other duties, projects and alternate assignments as determined by business need.

This opportunity might be for you if you have:

A minimum of five years’ experience Business-to-Business (B2B) selling, preferably travel management services. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or communications is preferred.
Knowledge of business travel-related services (preferred).
Demonstrated success in strategic planning & execution of complex sales presentations.
Complex problem-solving skills.
Salesforce knowledge (preferred).
Skilled usage of a personal computer and various software packages related to Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
Active listening skills and the ability to convey understanding both in groups and one-one.

Frequent travel is required, including travel to Fox headquarters and client-related travel.

Occasional business travel, overnight stay may be required - up to 15%. Ability to drive to home inspection locations, if required.
