Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
Understand clients staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Sales Strategy:

Work closely with the Business Development team to implement effective sales initiatives.

Networking:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the staffing industry.
