Spearhead brand initiatives for hotel operations, maintaining consistency and excellence across properties.
Oversee the timely and cost-effective execution of brand strategies, managing projects and budgets effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless teamwork and optimal project outcomes.
Report directly to the Co-CEO, merging deep hospitality brand expertise with cross-industry project management.
Proven leadership in hotel brand operations and sales and marketing.
Creative thinker with a genuine passion for enhancing brand initiatives.
Strong project management skills, prioritizing on-time and on-budget delivery.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.
At least 3-5 years of experience in DOSM.
