Job Description

This role is with theOFFPRICE Show, the foremost resource in thediscount apparel, footwear, and accessoriesmarket. Our platform connectsretailers and suppliers, providing updates on industry trends, business news, and hot market developments.

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team, contributing to revenue growth through client acquisition and account management. We seek a motivated individual with1-3 years of sales experience, poised to elevate their career.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Provide existing clients with information and advice on optimal selections prior to, during, and post-show to enhance their business.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and completion of sales documents.
Work closely with the Sales team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.
Periodically travel with the sales team to events and client visits, strengthening relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and confidently present the benefits of our solutions to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

Support the OFFPRICE team onsite at OFFPRICE events, including customer relations, help desk support, assisting in operations activities, and coordinating sales and marketing projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, or equivalent experience.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and computer skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
Must be capable of working independently and productively with minimum supervision.
Ability to recognize problems, identify causes, and resolve routine problems.
Willingness to travel as required.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000
