Amplemarket is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager of Customer Success.As a Success Manager you will be leading a team of CSMs to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company's success, working directly with the founders to achieve our goals and drive business growth.

You will:

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of CSMs.
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor customer health and implement retention strategies to minimize churn.
Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Gather customer feedback and work closely with product development teams to drive product enhancements.
Identify and nurture customer advocates who can serve as references, participate in case studies and contribute to marketing efforts.
Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
Continuously assess and optimize CS processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement tools, technologies and resources to support the team's success.

Who we're looking for:

+3 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Prior experience in a leadership or management position is strongly preferred.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team, set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback.
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to help develop the skills of individual team members.
Strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
A solid understanding and interest in technology.
