We're looking for aVP, Client Servicesto manage and grow revenue with our existing accounts. In this role, you'll be expected to support customer's strategic business objectives through existing and custom data solutions, manage Customer Success and Account Management teams, and collaborate with Antenna leadership to prioritize and develop new data solutions.

You will report to the CEO. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

Own Antenna existing accounts, including complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through maturity
Own full revenue responsibility for existing Antenna accounts, including complete ownership of renewals and account expansion
Lead Customer Success and Account Management teams
Provide the strategic support Antenna customers need to derive value from our data and products, including identifying opportunities for new solutions
Serve as a senior commercial representative to our executive leadership team
Represent the customer POV to drive product roadmap prioritization
Collaborate heavily with our new business development, marketing, and product organizations in order to define and launch customer solutions

Who You Are

Proven track record of growing complex enterprise customer accounts with six figure contract values through renewals and expansions, and consistently meeting quota targets.
Strong track record of value-based selling and/or using a consultative approach leveraging insights.
Strong track record of collaborating with cross functional teams, like Customer Success and Analytics, to ensure customer engagement.
Experience working effectively with technical and product team, especially to iterate and deliver custom data solutions
Strong track record in hiring, managing, and professionally developing a team of account managers, customer success managers.
Excellent communication skills, especially around a complicated product.
Experience presenting to and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
8+ years of relevant experience in consultative sales with a track record of expanding relationships
Comfortable with change and ambiguity, and energized by high growth environments
You are fascinated by the new subscriber economy — streaming and the rest — and have developed deep relationships across the ecosystem

Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $200,000 - $600,000. In addition, our incoming VP, Client Services is eligible for a variable incentive plan and company equity. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate's experience, skills, etc.
