Join Team CARFAX as a Marketing Manager – Sales Enablement

This high-impact role is a bridge between Dealer Business Unit and Marketing organizations. Using sales enablement levers you will support our reps through best practice processes, messaging, tools, training, and content. Our large base of sales reps are our most valuable high-touch channel to our customers, so ensuring they are as effective as possible in the field and on the phones is a critical to our overall business success.

As the sales enablement lead, this role has a unique opportunity to own the strategy of a high value channel. You will build an active partnership with internal customers to grow this area of the business by scaling communications and sales processes.

This role has an expectation of 3 days in the Centreville, Virginia office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Scale and build consistency in sales methodologies and best practices
Activate marketing messages with field teams and identify ways to drive rep confidence in product, position and delivery during their customer interactions
Ensure rep tools and processes are adopted and effectively used by the field teams
Partner with internal customers to develop a rep training strategy and related programs
Own the strategy and execution of internal scaled communications program to keep reps informed
Define metrics that inform project success, monitor performance, and determine optimizations

What We’re Looking For

10+ years’ experience in B2B sales enablement or product marketing, supporting a sales driven environment
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Skilled in using tools and technology to streamline sales processes with CRM tools like Salesforce
Proficiency in developing training programs for sales teams, such as onboarding new hires, and upskilling existing team members
Strong analytical skills for marketing measurement, reporting and optimization
Experience in designing and implementing sales processes
Skilled in creating and curating sales content and resources, such as pitch decks, sales slicks, and product information, to support the sales team
Ability and willingness to travel once a quarter for team meetings or events
