The ideal candidate has industry experience in marketing with expertise in partner marketing and its compliance processes for third parties. The Candidate is well organized, has attention to detail for compliance, can manage a large budget, prioritize projects, and cross-collaborate across multiple business organizations both internally and externally. This role includes working under deadlines.

Job Responsibilities Include:

This role will require 3-4 weeks of training with the existing employee going on leave. Upon our client employee’s return from leave, there will be a 5–6-week handoff.

You will be expected to manage third-party funding programs for joint marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness for our client. Strategically co-develop marketing campaigns that are compliant to our partners and our client initiatives and requirements.

Communicate funding allocations to both Consumer Retail and Commercial Sales Directors and their sales team
Alignment & development of marketing campaigns is a shared discussion for CA Marketing Manager and the Sales Director (SD). SD makes recommendations on how to split/spread the funding, and then agreement/final alignment and further strategizing takes place. This role needs to influence and drive strategy. Responsible for tracking and spending according to budget
This role will include direct engagement with CA’s retail partners to properly and efficiently manage campaigns and its compliance
Responsible for ensuring your team and the retailer partners have the proper creative content needed for a campaign *creative development ownership varies by retail partner
Work closely with the North America (NAR) Creative Manager for campaign creative development as needed, respecting proper lead times
Communicate our client and third-party partner requirements, including lead times for creative consult (w/partner) and change requests
Translation needs to be handled on a case-by-case basis, as these vary in nature and are not consistent; cross-collaborate across our client's creative contacts and agency of record
All third-party program tracking to be done in the primary Partner Trackers previously developed and implemented by CA Marketing Manager. These Trackers are intended to be a holistic resource for multiple stakeholders (internal only)
Host and attend meetings essential to the success of this role – some might include the following:
Attend weekly 1:1 with the direct reporting manager
Host weekly or bi-weekly call with Consumer Retail Sales Director
Host bi-weekly or monthly call with Commercial Sales Director
Attend weekly Design It (DI) calls for US + CA Social reviews
Responsible for being the eyes and ears of CA content being on brand and aligned
Attend bi-weekly DI call for CA focused review

Compensation Range:

$55-$60/HR W2

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidate's range and depth of experience, business and market financials, and internal pay parity.
