THE ROLE:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful marketing assets that are on brand. As a Graphic Designer at KidStrong, you will play a key role in supporting both national and local marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Create visually compelling marketing materials, including digital and print assets, for national and local campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and objectives.
Design graphics that align with KidStrong's brand identity and messaging.
Produce high-quality and engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, our website and other marketing channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design across various platforms.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance the overall quality of KidStrong's visual content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors’ activities, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into design strategies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, operations and UX/UI, to align design with broader company goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field required
2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects
Franchise experience or experience working for a company that serves consumers (B2C) is a plus
Deep understanding of design principles and trends
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with editorial design and layout
UX/UI design experience is a plus
Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to work with a wide range of personalities

SPHERE OF INTERACTION:
The Designer reports directly to the Director of Brand. This position will work closely with the entire KidStrong, Inc. organization as well as working with KidStrong, Inc. Area Developers. A high level of collaboration and professionalism is required.
