Responsibilities

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for growing Servicing Solutions' business by increasing the number of active clients
  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the SDR will focus on generating new business leads and setting and coordinating qualified appointments
  • As a critical part of the revenue organization, the SDR will leverage social media, customer relationship management tools, and lead generation platforms to engage with prospects
  • Leverage existing sales prospecting lists to make outbound calls, send outbound emails, and use social media to set and secure appointments for new business sales teams
  • Adhere to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs that are defined by leadership related to outbound output and other role-related duties
  • Educate potential clients about the company's offerings, highlighting the products' or services' benefits and value
  • Document all conversations and correspondence in the CRM, noting all pertinent data related to opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing team meetings to discuss overall goals, performance, and training
  • Travel as needed to participate in conferences and work-related events
