Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience in an advertising agency setting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support finance and marketing organization in managing the agency operating and staffing budget
  • Collaborate with finance and agency project management and account management teams to analyze and report on agency hour trends
  • Work with Sr Operations Analyst to build and reconcile scopes for internal partner brands
  • Prepare reporting, such as monthly brand burn summaries, fee analysis, non-billable expense analysis and others as needed
  • Meet with account/project management team to discuss actual for the current period and update the forecast for future months
  • Partner with Finance to establish processes for both invoicing and receivables, for both internal departments and external vendors
  • Partner with finance to ensure that documentations such as SOW's, PO's, LOI’s are secured for invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Monitor, reconcile, and report on agency financials
  • Maintain revenue trackers for forecasting and budgeting purposes
  • Build and analyze agency burn and utilization schedules
  • Support finance with monthly budget submissions and presentations, monthly revenue, and accruals
  • Liaise with the account/project management team to ensure projects are created accurately and closed timely
  • Ensure risks are mitigated and properly communicated and escalated across the organization
