Responsibilities

  • You'll pioneer a data-driven, innovative approach to design our end to end client experience from seamless onboarding to passionate advocacy
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of customer success managers, building a culture of excellence, accountability, and a relentless focus on exceeding client expectations
  • Create a strategy for customer retention ensuring long term customer relationships
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft strategic cross-sell and up-sell strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and client health, driving continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, deeply understanding their needs and ensuring their success
  • Champion the customer voice to influence product development and ensure our solutions evolve alongside their ambitions
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer success processes, tools, and solutions through data-driven insights and client feedback
  • Build and scale a dynamic team of success managers dedicated to delivering exceptional client service
  • Mentor and empower your team to become trusted advisors, exceeding client expectations at every touchpoint

  • The base salary range for this position is between $122,315 - $183,473
  • Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc
  • In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
  • Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent
