Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative

Qualifications
- 2+ years call center customer service experience required
- Willingness and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proven skills of interacting effectively with potential and existing customers and resolving customer problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with customer conflicts and resolve problems
- This position requires working rotating weekends
- Atlanta, GA 30305 (Required)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls with a high level of professionalism and brand awareness while maintaining a high answer rate at all times
- Monitor the contact email and support queue and work through issues as they arise
- Provide superior customer service
- Have the ability to hit daily outbound call goals
- Other ad hoc operational projects/ assignments as given by the Sales Center Manager
- Other duties assigned by management
- 8 hour shift
