Qualifications

  • Manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
  • Strong communication with management including CRM updates on the progress
  • Mandarin speaking required

Responsibilities

  • They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins
  • Answer incoming phone calls from our customers
  • Possess interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Understand clients’ needs and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle and resolve complaints;
  • Update CRM with inquiries and resolutions
  • Have a good knowledge of ZBS products and services thoroughly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a team environment
