At least five years of experience as a journalistic writer
Experience in a corporate and international environment
Proven track record of developing and executing a content strategy and managing several projects at the same time
University degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in related field (e.g., communications, journalism, technical writing, creative writing)
Responsibilities
As a member of Sphera's Global Marketing Team and working within the corporate brand and communications group, you will plan, write and guide content through the publication process to support account-based marketing initiatives; scaled, global go-to-market campaigns; and regional and corporate events
You will also assist subject matter experts by editing, proofreading and finalizing their contributions for these activities
You'll assist in this by writing SEO-driven content that establishes Sphera as the leader in ESG performance and risk management software, data and consulting solutions
Unifying and communicating Sphera's brand messaging externally and internally as well as increasing global brand awareness through creative, strategic writing, including newsletters, videos and blogs
Defining the right content for the right people for the right reasons while overseeing content strategy and writing and editing a variety of content pieces such as blogs, ebooks, video scripts, newsletters and industry reports
Supporting strategic product campaigns through the creation of technical, B2B content in line with Sphera's go-to-market (GTM) plans
Partnering with the Digital Team to support search engine optimization (SEO) by ensuring that keywords are embedded in all content pieces and optimized to ensure the highest rankings for the Sphera site
Writing corporate content, which includes the CEO newsletter and scripts for videos, and helping with quarterly town hall meetings
Understands techniques for monitoring, managing, coordinating and supporting larger projects
