Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or a related field, with at least 5 years of content marketing experience, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong working knowledge of good brand management practices and protocols
- Experience working with brand guidelines and style guides
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines, good organizational skills, and high level of self-initiative
- Proven effective, creative analytical thinker, and implementer
- Knowledge of content marketing trends
- Experience in planning and implementation of a diverse set of content marketing strategies
- Experience working with business-to-business distribution and business-to-consumer product marketing
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various audiences
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Establish and maintain trust and credibility at all levels of the organization/System
Responsibilities
- The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, management, and optimization of digital and editorial content
- The role of the Content Marketing Manager is to ensure messaging and creative are aligned with Brand strategy across platforms
- This function will publish, promote, and distribute content to raise Brand awareness, engage targeted audiences, and help generate business growth for the organization
