Qualifications

  • Professional experience in top-tier tech, logistics companies, or successful startups
  • Strong network within the logistics industry
  • Deep understanding of customer needs in the logistics sector
  • Proven experience in a Chief Revenue/Sales/Business Officer role or similar
  • Successful track record in revenue growth, particularly in logistics tech or logistics
  • Experienced in developing and executing business strategies
  • Significant general management and P&L experience
  • Ability to work in Austin, with remote work flexibility for the initial 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate business relationships with potential customers
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer demands
  • Design and propose revenue models that align with both customer and Contoro needs
  • Lead and finalize negotiations to close deals
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies, considering the company's products, financials, and market position
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to shape the roadmap
  • Partner with the CEO in meeting new and existing investors
  • Present business status/updates and strategic plans to investors
