Qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
- 4-8 years of experience in client-facing management consulting and / or corporate strategy (e.g., Big 4, internal strategy consulting at a carrier)
- At least 4 years of consulting and / or operational experience with a growing focus on Commercial / Specialty insurance
- Solid Commercial / Specialty insurance market knowledge and experience with key business processes
- A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services
- Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development
- Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- University degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institution
- Outstanding communications skills : Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables
- Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Agile transformation for one of Allianz's largest entities
- Creation of business architecture model for a Life insurance provider and process integration
- Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving
