Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment
- Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc
Responsibilities
- As an OCM Consultant for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG (Finance and Controlling, Ariba Supplier Management, Master Data Governance), you will be responsible for supporting the organizational change management activities for a SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG implementation project
- You will work closely with the OCM Lead, project team, business stakeholders, and end users to assess the impact of the change, design and execute the change management strategy and plan, and facilitate the adoption and readiness of the SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG solution
- You will also contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication, training, and coaching interventions, and measure and monitor the change outcomes and benefits
