Qualifications

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales of SaaS solutions with an excellent understanding of customer relationship management
  • Experience with the DXP space
  • Natural ability to empathize with customer needs and creative problem-solving skills that lead to winning solutions
  • Excellent client-facing, internal communication skills and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience selling to VP/CXO level
  • Familiar with consultative and financial selling techniques to differentiate our offerings in the marketplace
  • Enthusiastic team player who collaborates well with others and contributes positively to our work environment
  • Good experience in selling CMS and Product Discovery as a combined solution
  • Good understanding of the competitive landscape, typical plays and use case in the space
  • A strong set of relevant industry contacts

Responsibilities

  • In this role you will execute our sales plan; identifying, qualifying, and presenting Crownpeak solutions to prospective clients
  • This is a pivotal role in delivering a great client experience throughout the process
  • Grow pipeline and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Employ your keen market insight to identify and qualify sales prospects
  • Engage with prospects and clients to articulate value of the portfolio and vision
  • Manage the territory and report to management weekly
  • Effectively collaborate with the broader team to achieve success
  • Effectively manage the sales cycles, sales process and deliver outstanding presentations on value
  • Manage SFDC hygiene and provide accuracy in forecasting revenue
