Qualifications

  • Ability to reach out to prospects, build trust, and close sales
  • Ability to instill confidence in prospects that you are a knowledgeable expert in the
  • Ability to persist through rejections with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, DialPad, and Slack is not necessary but helpful
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite – Google Docs, Google Calendar & Google Sheets
  • Proficient in Gmail, email communication, and functionality
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and changing environment while staying organized
  • Self-sufficient and resourceful to achieve your sales goals
  • Desire to positively collaborate with other departments and the community
  • 2 years of related sales experience required
  • Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is required
  • Potential for advancement dependent on performance and eagerness

Responsibilities

  • You make the first impression with potential homeowners
  • salesperson, but instead, approach sales by educating the customer on a viable solution and
  • trusting the customer to choose if the solution solves their problem
  • You will be trained in-depth
  • qualified leads to convert into a sale
  • You’ll do this by being creative and using different
  • approaches to close as many leads as possible — calling to set up appointments, taking in-
  • This role requires organization, persistence, and engaging with the local community
  • Learn LocalVR’s service offering inside and out to effectively sell to homeowners by
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales via phone calls, in-person meetings in the Summit
  • Maintain prospects and organize prospects in CRM with detailed logging of sales
  • Build trust by answering prospects' questions professionally through email, text, and
  • Work closely with the LocalVR sales management team to learn, improve, and increase
  • Work closely with the LocalVR operations team to retain homeowners
  • Grow LocalVR brand awareness in market by attending professional events and
  • Develop a sales pipeline of opportunities through creative lead generation activities
  • 40 hours a week
  • Non-micro managerial work culture based on hitting KPI’s
  • Weekly meetings and syncs
  • Home office to attend training and take virtual appointments
