Qualifications

  • Simply put -You must be a strong visual designer, proactive, unique thinker, able to work on brilliantly executed web design and campaigns from start to finish with high attention to detail
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
  • This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative solutions to the table
  • We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, smart concepts to move forward with
  • Animation skills for prototyping are not required but a major plus
  • Resourcefulness, show us you can complete a project or task without having all the answers
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Switch from creative designer to production designer depending on the project
  • Showcase knowledge of research in technology and design trends
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably some in an agency or in-house environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a pixel-perfect attention to detail
  • Certificates and Licenses: None required
  • Basic understanding of CSS, HTML and how it relates to web design
  • Well-organized and relentlessly self-motivated
  • Marketing/Business experience
  • Strong conceptual thinking: resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to clear required background check

Responsibilities

  • You will work alongside a team of graphic designers and visual artists under the guidance of our Design Manager and Creative Director
  • You will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with marketing stakeholders, developing original design concepts, executing designs based on established style guides, participating in visual design presentations to stakeholder, and developing design specs for programming and development
  • Collaborating with, and mentoring other designers
  • This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities
