Qualifications

  • You are enthusiastic about people development and know how to inspire a culture of creativity within a fast-paced, forward-thinking team
  • You are enthusiastic about culture and understand how music, art, fashion, and street culture collide
  • You love to travel and are curious about the world around you
  • Abachelor's degree in Design, Art, or Fashion
  • 7+ years design experience, preferably with a background in industrial design, graphic design, and footwear design experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Consistent track record of success at other globally recognized footwear brands
  • A tastemaker with the ability to throw down incredible jaw dropping design work across footwear, color, and graphics
  • Understanding of construction, lasts, patterns and materials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others
  • Ability to delegate, oversee multiple projects efficiently and with agility across your team to ensure design review readiness

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the most forward-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand
  • Bring fresh, disruptive design thinking to create in-depth narrative between Crocs brand and collab partners
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Drive concept designs under the direction of our Design Leadership, and collab partners
  • Manage designs through brand-right concept inspiration, color, form, details, materials, technical drawings, ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner to the targeted tier of distribution
  • Leverage global marketplace insights, understand key competitors and how that plays into who we are as a brand and how we drive energy
  • Have a broad aesthetic/knowledge of culture and the ability to work in both mainline and hype collaborations
  • Work with the inline team to seed and scale bold ideas that will drive the business

Benefits

  • Salary or Pay Range: 105000 - 120000
  • Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities
