Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in product marketing, product management, sales engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience in enterprise software markets, ideally those serving back office solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise solutions and SaaS
  • You written and oral communications skills are superb, and you can explain complex concepts clearly for a variety of audiences
  • You are able to successfully build relationships and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams
  • You have the ability to blend strategic thinking with creative execution
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through
  • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high

Responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for writing, demo development, customer-focused campaigns, presentations, and more across the SurePoint product portfolio
  • The role is a great fit for sales engineers and technologists looking to broaden their marketing skills and help define the way our products are positioned and sold
  • Lead efforts to market to customers by deeply understanding their needs and use cases as well as SurePoint’s products and technology
  • Create and deliver product demos to illustrate SurePoint capabilities, differentiators, and benefits for practitioners
  • Create technical product marketing materials, including videos, white papers, presentations, web content, and more
  • Present in webinars and other public event forums to evangelize SurePoint product capabilities and customer value
  • Conduct sales enablement sessions to help the new sales and account management teams understand SurePoint products and how to position it effectively with prospects and customers
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging, and help maintain technical accuracy of marketing messages
  • Work with customers and partners to understand their needs and illustrate product capabilities and value
  • Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business
