Qualifications
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC and any other relevant design tools
- Deep specialization in one or more key areas of the digital design process, including product strategy, IA, UX, UI, interactive design, requirements delivery and optimization
- Asking the right questions, identifying key design problems and opportunities, and proposing possible solutions without the need for consistent guidance
- An understanding of how to develop and leverage strategic perspectives in the design process
- Collaborating with design talent across a variety of specializations, including strategy, UX, UI, interactive and prototyping

- A hunger for learning more about your chosen specializations, and a desire to understand and contribute to all other phases of design
