- Manage and mentor a team of Superintendents, Project Managers and Engineers
- Drive effective budget outcomes, tracking and reporting
- Effective client engagement and contract management
- Strategize process improvements to drive productivity goals
- Ensure regulatory, legal and safety procedures are compliant
- Monitor exceptional and authentic customer service
