Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across our business verticals
- Create well-informed creative briefs and manage the content creation process from conception to publication
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the company to identify content topics and ensure the content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives and brand voice
- Assist with the editing and review process to ensure all content meets quality standards, aligns with SEO practices, and abides by company guidelines before release
- Develop content for different formats including blogs, whitepapers, infographics, video scripts, webinars, and sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to understand our product portfolio and articulate unique value propositions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies
- Track content performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
