Qualifications

  • Identify/Assess qualifications needed to fill client caseloads
  • Provide concise and accurate recommendations to the hiring team based on screening assessments
  • Have a college degree and/or 1 year of recruiting experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and shift gears as business dictates
  • Possess strong documentation skills to prepare, manage, and maintain accuracy of agency New Hire paperwork
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Experience with in and outbound phone calls
  • Ability to thrive in this fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Skilled ability to problem-solve with knowledge of when and how to ask for help
  • Knowledge of Colorado area colleges and resources or ability to discover as needed
  • Current background check and TB screening upon hire and annual TB Risk Assessment thereafter
  • Compliance with current COVID vaccine requirements
  • Influenza vaccination upon hire if hired between October and May, and annually thereafter
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license with reliable transportation and applicable car insurance

Responsibilities

  • Your efforts will directly influence the lives of vulnerable adolescents, ensuring they receive the crucial support they need within their homes
  • Proactively identify, network, and contact active and passive job seekers through existing and new recruitment tools/processes
  • Leading to the development and implementation of unique recruiting strategies designed specifically to identify qualified Behavioral Health Respite Providers candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with Higher Education Partners, and training programs; evaluate and align these relationships to establish a pipeline that supports ongoing growth goals
  • Handle a high volume of screening calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate, Schedule, and track interviews between Leadership and qualified candidates
  • Maintaining candidate profile documentation and status of onboarding
  • Meet weekly with BHR Team members/partners to understand current priorities, regularly adjust priorities for recruitment, and develop creative recruiting campaigns
  • Maintain frequent communication and consultative relationships across agency lines of business
  • Use VitalCare designated software and technology including video platform, Records Management System, Microsoft Outlook e-mail and calendar, scheduling applications, and Teams functions
