Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Strong technical and digital marketing skills – knowledge and management of various analytical tools, platforms, and channels
- Communication and collaboration skills – find and manage outside talent to effectively execute various marketing activities as needed
- Strong organizational skills and pays attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing (4+ years), particularly in the architecture, engineering and construction industry
- Proven experience leading and managing SEO, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media and display/PPC advertising
- Experience in identifying/segmenting target audiences to create digital campaigns that grow awareness, educate and ultimately motivate purchases
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office/Teams
- Copywriting and proofing experience
- Photo and video skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, MeetEdgar, Moz, Wordpress, ZoomInfo and Tableau would be highly beneficial but not required
- Routine sitting, walking, lifting, bending, and kneeling

Responsibilities
- The Marketing Manager will drive lead generation and brand awareness through various traditional and digital means to support the sales team and Airius manufacturer reps in reaching and converting target customers in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry as well as end users
- They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and they will be able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Work directly with management to plan, manage and execute marketing projects
- Collaborate with Airius sales team and manufacture reps to brainstorm, plan and implement projects/campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Website; SEO, content, maintenance, and updates
- Manage website data, blog and digital assets
- Integration of various platforms for website tracking and re-marketing
- Print and digital design; Management and updates to presentations, brochures, banners, postcards, sell sheets, and other collateral
- Track marketing and promotional inventory, place orders and verify receipt
- Digital marketing; Assist in development, management, implementation, and automation of various digital marketing strategies
- Digital advertising; Manage, plan, and implement various digital ad campaigns
- Trade shows; Manage and organize trade show booth and related shipping activities
- Travel may be required during different times of the year for setup, attending and breakdown
- Manage, organize and logistics of support materials for manufacturer representative local/regional shows
- Maintain competitor research databases
- Measuring and reporting campaign ROI and key performance metrics
- Other marketing-related tasks and projects as they come up
